“When I change the way I look at things, the things I look at change”
Wayne Dyer
Life brings many challenges, and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. It is not always easy to share our difficulties with family or friends and often more helpful to talk to someone outside of our every day life. I work from a designated therapy room at the rear of my home which provides a safe, comfortable and private space to shut out the external world and focus on your internal world. For many, it is a positive and powerful healing experience.
Counselling provides a safe and private space where you can explore and express what is troubling you in confidence. My approach is one of understanding and empathy – and without judgement.
Trouble with a relationship, anxiety, work stress or a bereavement – many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to resolve alone. Counselling provides the space to share, explore and resolve what is troubling you.
Working together I can help you gain greater insight and understanding into the challenges you are facing, help you identify better ways to cope and move towards overcoming those difficulties to live a better quality of life.
